clean and large room, spacious bathroom, modern building interior
The view from the window overlooked a noisy shopping center courtyard!!! The shower head had a leak and lost water pressure!!! The location isn't convenient on nights with events disrupting peace.

Location: the hotel was close enough to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers, the centre of town, and Jordan. I was happy to find Mrah Salameh, it was not too far from the property and served nice food. The room was great value for money, perfect, the bed was very comfy. It was nice to have a minibar, climate control, and an individual safe.

Check-in felt cute with friendly smiles. Room had a queen-size bed, two sitting chairs, and a table. Cleanliness stood out, and amenities like the mini-bar and electric kettle added extra comfort. The shower had great water pressure, and I appreciated that it was quiet at night on the third floor. The outside patio was relaxing with access to tea and coffee. Breakfast had basics like eggs and cereal but nothing extravagant. The buffet dinner option intrigued me, but I didn't try it. A small inconvenience? No espresso at breakfast, but there's a great café across the street. On top of that, the staff, especially Diane, were helpful and even offered a discount for a nearby attraction. Parking was good overall, a win. Definitely worth a return visit, no doubt about it.

The staff provided really good service. A wonderful selection at breakfast fueled the day, with gourmet salads standing out among the offerings. The shower pressure fluctuated at times and could use some improvement. The noise from the street was noticeable, especially early in the morning, which could affect light sleepers.
